Due to the nature of our products and our small business model, we do not currently offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for unwanted items, incorrect sizing choices, or change of mind purchases.

All sales are considered final once an order has been placed.



Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Sizing & Product Information

Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and business reasons, all items are non-returnable unless deemed faulty by our team.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.



Delivery Issues


Lily’s Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.
